Income Of RKerala.com Franchisees ?

RKerala.com is aiming at maximum benefits for all franchisees with minimum investment and Maximum Income. At present, on every deals happening through RealestKerala.com, we will be getting a service charge (Commission) of 2.5% of the sale amount from the sellers. From Buyer side we are not taking an service charge. Our Service to Buyers is absolutely free.

But, In Some Cases This Can Be 1/3 Only - Example:- If a seller from an overseas franchisee named 'A' want to sell his property & registered his property with agency 'A'. But his property is situated in Kerala, in the area of in 'B' agency. One buyer registered his property requirement from another area of 'C' franchisee in Gulf is interested to buy this property. Then this property deal will be happening through agency 'B' only. In such deals the 2 related overseas franchisees will be liable to get commission of those deals happening and the 2.5% commission will be equally divided and shared to those 3 'A' , 'B' & 'C' agency ] In this case, if the price is Rs.30 Lakhs, the 2.5% commission i.e. Rs.75,000/- will be shared to the 3 involved Franchisee/Agency and those each Franchisee/Agency will be getting Rs.25,000/-

 

The full commission will be shared to the involved franchisees & agencies and www.RKerala.com is not at all taking any commission. For each deals happening, each related franchisee & agency shall pay only Rs.1,000/- to RKerala.com as a processing fee.
